Nikki is a meticulous, results-oriented professional with 15 years of experience working with clients, customers, and stakeholders to understand their needs, goals, and requirements to find a solution that best fits them. Through empathy, Nikki is able to understand the issues that people experience and present solutions that matter to them.

For the last five years, she has combined her ability to understand people, 14 years of experience in peer-to-peer training, and a love of technology to troubleshoot and resolve problems for clients, customers, and stakeholders. Nikki enjoys working and empowering people by presenting technology in an accessible and user-friendly manner. Empowering users’ is what she enjoys the most. Combining listening, observation, knowledge, and, more importantly, a willingness to learn, Nikki breaks down complex problems to facilitate multiple solutions for the best possible outcome.

Through her graduate studies in Human-Centered Computing at UMBC, she has conducted real-world studies by implementing various methodologies to collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to address user needs and requirements. This hands-on experience has furthered her drive to learn and help others. Nikki wants to dispel the myth that technology is only for a select few; she wants users’ to feel confident when using and interacting with technology.

After Nikki’s graduate studies, she plans to further her education and advance her interest in cyber security and work towards earning technical certifications.
